How Much Physical Activity Should You Get Each Day?
The NHS recommend that adults aged between 19 to 64 should aim to be physically active every day. Thereupon 2 days should work on all of the major muscles - legs, arms, back, abdomen, chest and shoulders. With more and more people being stuck behind a computer each day this is becoming more difficult to find the time to action. However you should manage to find time for a 20 Minute Fat Burning workout, in the comfort of your own home.
An increasing number of people have invested in Fitbits', Apple watches and step counters. Of course these are great fun and measure the amount of steps taken each day. Further benefits are creating a positive step and showing a willingness to improve ones fitness levels. If however you want to burn of some excess fat then you may need to become more focused.
Gym memberships can run up quite a hefty bill each month with many costing at least £40 p/m which equates to approximately £500 p/y. You don't need to join a gym though to lose weight so, you can put that money to some other use.
Why A 20 Minute Fat Burning Workout Could Be The Future
We have teamed up with one of Oxfordshire's leading fitness experts to create a 20 minute fat burning workout. Of course with this workout you can enjoy it, in the comfort of your own home. If you are short of time you could just do 10 minutes though as the 2nd half repeats the 1st half. Janette does the workout in real time too and explains the various options for each exercise. Additionally, you are free to pick a level that suits your current range of fitness.
There are 10 exercises in total with 45 seconds working and 15 for rest. You can download a timer app on your phone to set these times. Alternatively you can just listen to Janette as she has the timer audible on the video.
Do You Need Equipment For A 20 Minute Fat Burning Workout?
No equipment is required for this workout apart from something to play the video on. Of course it works best if you can watch via your TV though.
